Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased through MAYAK Ventures LLC brand websites, including but not limited to velorahealing.com. For design service refund terms, please refer to your project agreement.
Digital products — EU customers
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason (“cooling-off period”).
However, you lose the right to withdraw once the digital content has been delivered and you have given prior express consent to immediate delivery, acknowledging that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
At checkout, you will be asked to confirm:
- That you consent to immediate delivery of the digital product
- That you understand this means you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you do not provide this confirmation, the product will not be made available to you until the 14-day period has elapsed.
Exceptions — when we will issue a refund
We will issue a full refund if:
- The product file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 5 business days
- The product was not as described in a material way
- You were charged in error (duplicate transaction, technical fault)
We will not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind (once digital content has been accessed and the withdrawal waiver confirmed)
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
- Incompatibility with software or devices not listed in our product requirements

- Your order number
- The email address used for purchase
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 3 business days.
Design service clients
Refund terms for design service clients are governed by the project or retainer agreement signed at the start of the engagement.
