These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mayakventures.com and any websites operated under the MAYAK Ventures brand umbrella, as well as any services or products purchased from MAYAK Ventures LLC (“MAYAK”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our websites or purchasing our services or products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our websites or services.

1. About us

MAYAK Ventures LLC is a company providing design services and digital products. Registered entity: MAYAK Ventures LLC. Contact: hello@mayakventures.com.

2. Design services

2.1 Our design services (including funnel design, website design, and advertising creative) are provided under a separate written agreement between MAYAK and the client. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement.

2.2 We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or results. Design is one component of business performance; results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, product quality, pricing, and client-side execution.

2.3 All deliverables remain the intellectual property of MAYAK until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as agreed in the project agreement.

3. Digital products (Velora Healing and other brand sub-sites)

3.1 Digital products sold through MAYAK brand sites are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

3.2 You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or share our digital products without written permission.

3.3 Digital products are delivered by download link or access to a digital platform after purchase.

3.4 Our digital products are for informational and self-help purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, psychological therapy, or professional mental health treatment. See our Disclaimer for full details.

4. Payment

4.1 All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

4.2 Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your payment card details.

4.3 For service clients, payment terms are set out in the project agreement.

5. Refunds

For digital product purchases, please see our Refund Policy. For design service projects, refund terms are governed by the project agreement.

6. Intellectual property

All content on our websites — including text, design, logos, images, and brand assets — is the property of MAYAK Ventures LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAYAK Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our websites, services, or products. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service or product.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MAYAK Ventures LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our websites or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
